We adhere to all applicable provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). We utilize an off-site facility, which is PCI compliant, HIPPA compliant, SAS 70 type II compliant, and Trust E certified, all stored within a dark facility equipped with a raised glass floor, five fiber connection, a two stage generator, in addition to being entirely Halon protected. This facility is also equipped with a fully mirrored, redundant off-site disaster recovery plan.
