Collector
Seeking a top performing collector to join our team. If you have a proven track record doing third-party debt collections, please submit your resume for an opportunity to become part of our continuously growing agency.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage over 150 calls/day
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
- Adhere to Federal and local collection laws
- Expert negotiator
- Excellent grammar, writing, and speaking skills
- Team player
- Two years or more experience in third-party debt collections a must
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
